Well hello stranger.
When pebble prose first started around 2023, missing rock posters began to be sprinkled about.

I suppose they could be seen as a form of marketing, but they are really just something fanciful for people to stumble upon.
But, we live in a small area, and after putting the same posters up for nearly two years, it was time for a change.
Ding ding!
Seasonal posters!
So, throughout the month of October, lost pumpkin posters were plopped about!
They tell the tale of a precocious pumpkin who went off on a nature walk and never returned. What ever became of him?

While sharing the pebble doodles regularly, I felt myself sort of crutch on them as a mark of productivity. Well, I made a whole week of doodles, I’d say, no need to work on anything else this afternoon. So while postcards and 3D printed pet pebbles and other such fun were still being worked on, I hardly made any progress on things not-pebble related. My headspace was completely in pebble prose.

In short: a break was due.
And the break has been wonderful! I have gotten so much done within the past month! More than I have in, well, practically an entire year. A focus has been made mainly on writing, rather than doodling. And I’ve finally stumbled upon a proper writing routine that works!

Exciting stuff, I tell ya.
Originally, I imagined the pebble doodles would return to their regular schedule at the start of November. But there are so many other things to toil away at just now — including pebbly things — that the pebble doodles are going to remain on hold for awhile.
There shall still be updates shared, such as this one, in the upcoming months. I’m not sure when/if the pebble doodles will return in their original format anytime soon but — I am looking forward to seeing how things continue to stretch and grow!
See you all soon.
